Based on a gourmet restaurant, the dishes of Restaurant Novalis in Lower Saxony evoke a fine dining feeling without rigid etiquette and extravagant service. With us you can enjoy your dinner in a relaxed atmosphere & warm-family service. Additionally, we also offer a small Novalis menu for lunch. Kitchen philosophy of Restaurant Novalis

Our restaurant in Lower Saxony focuses on perfectly prepared dishes made by chef Malte Gunzert and his team with the best ingredients from the region. Vegetarians can look forward to a completely vegetarian menu.

Our Novalis service team brings the dishes to the table with a lot of charm and zest for life – and is happy to recommend the right wine or digestif for the finish. Atmosphere like in a gourmet restaurant, but down-to-earth as we like it in Lower Saxony.
