The Danziger Lachsstube combines historic charm with a quiet and intimate atmosphere. It is named after the renowned historic liqueur distillery “Der Lachs zu Danzig” (“The Salmon of Danzig”), whose name originated from the salmon emblem displayed on the façade of the building where the distillery had been located since 1704. As the current owner of the brand, Hardenberg pays tribute to this heritage by preserving its legacy within the BurgHotel through the Danziger Lachsstube.
Solid wooden flooring, elegant wood paneling, and historic photographs emphasize the room’s timeless character. A large oval wooden table forms the centerpiece, providing the perfect setting for confidential meetings, workshops, or exclusive business dinners. With direct access to the terrace and the secluded inner courtyard, the space also offers an ideal backdrop for relaxed coffee breaks, breakout sessions, or a stylish reception overlooking the historic Hardenberg castle ruins.
