Our WINE WEEKENDS are all about outstanding wines, inspiring personalities, and memorable moments in unique settings. Across four summer weekends, we invite you to enjoy a refined journey through the world of wine and sparkling wine – featuring selected labels from four renowned wineries and regions.

Meet the winemakers in person at an exclusive dinner on Friday evening at the Hardenberg BurgHotel or on Saturday evening at our restaurants INTUU or East of Italy. Look forward to perfectly paired menus, fascinating insights, and special encounters centered around exceptional wines.

Wine & Dine | from 6:00 PM
Saturdays at Restaurant INTUU or East of Italy – relaxed à la carte dining with optional wine flights or a Chef’s Choice menu including wine pairing.

Italy meets FREIgeist: wines defined by character, elegance, and alpine freshness. For the grand finale of our summer WINE WEEKENDS, we welcome a traditional family-run winery from Trentino: Winery Endrizzi . For generations, it has stood for sustainable viticulture, a refined sense of origin, and a clear, modern style.

Endrizzi’s wines combine alpine freshness with Mediterranean lightness – precise, expressive, and full of personality. With Torben Endrici visiting, the winery brings not only its wines to Göttingen, but also its philosophy: quality, craftsmanship, and a passion for creating authentic wines with a true sense of place.

In a relaxed atmosphere, he presents the philosophy and wines of the estate – shaped by sustainable viticulture, a refined sense of origin, and the ambition to create distinctive wines with true character and personality.
